The Convology XT Complete Library is focused on vintage reverb effects. Responses were sampled from 126 different pieces of vintage studio gear from studios all over the world. There are 10 separate libraries: 80s-90s DSP 1 Basic, 80s-90s DSP 2 Classic, 80s-90s DSP 3 Pro, Plates, Springs Bright, Springs Boingy, Springs Warm, Echo Space, Vintage Amps, and Vintage German DSP.
The Convology XT Complete Library is everything you’d expect from a world class plugin and more – Zero latency, “Scale” functions of Stretch and Decay, EQ, PreDelay, Stereo 3D Chorusing (can either emulate early DSP gear, or be applied to vocals and instruments) Stereo Width from Mono to “Outside your speakers,” Reverse and more. Yet the most outstanding feature of this plugin is the ease of use when dialing in a particular sound or vintage verb. Just click on any section of the library, then click on the unit and file and you’re there. No more importing one file or folder at a time (who’s got time for that!) Keep your lead vox rolling within your DAW and click through vintage reverb and effects while you audition them on the fly and determine the correct ambience and space – and you can go to any section of the 2,965 preset library and to any piece of gear, all while you’re auditioning IRs. Want to save that particular IR, EQ, and PreDelay settings, etc – great, just save it and come back to it under “User” presets. Need an IR from another library or even some that you have created – just click on “File Browser” and go right to it.

MR Noise is a broadband noise reduction processor. It distinguishes itself by being both great sounding and incredibly easy to use. Like most noise reduction systems, MR noise works in the frequency domain, and requires that the noise spectrum be learned before noise reduction can commence. If your track starts with a bit of silence then MR Noise will work right out of the box, since by default MR Noise has the Learn parameter enabled, then when you hit play, MR Noise will learn the noise profile and start noise reduction. The default parameters work extremely well for most cases. One reviewer thought something was wrong because they opened up MR Noise and the noise vanished – and they didn’t have to do anything.
