Promethean 5-Year Extended Advanced Replacement Coverage (ARC) for ActivPanel Displays is an enhanced warranty service that ships a replacement part or product to you before you return the faulty one.

After Promethean's technical support confirms the issue, Promethean will send a replacement (with pre-paid return labels for the old unit) at no cost for shipping.

Please Note: The end-user is responsible for installation/uninstallation and they must return the defective unit within 30 days to avoid being charged for the replacement.
